The challenge
The client needed a reliable system for stock, sales, invoices, and reporting instead of disconnected spreadsheets and manual updates. The project required clean business logic and mobile-ready access.
The Solution
I approached it in three phases:
Designed the Laravel data model and admin workflows for products, stock, customers, and sales
Connected the backend to a Flutter app for mobile operational access
Added reporting, role-based access, and deployment-ready production structure
The results
