1. Services
Work described on this site — Laravel systems, POS, CRM, ERP, WordPress, Flutter apps, API integrations, and automation — is scoped and agreed with each client individually. Pricing, timeline, and deliverables are confirmed in writing (email or a signed proposal) before work begins. Nothing on this site is a binding quote or an automatic subscription.
2. Intellectual property
Unless a project agreement says otherwise, ownership of custom code, designs, and deliverables transfers to the client on full payment. Reusable internal tools, snippets, and general know-how built up over time remain mine to reuse on other projects.
3. Limitation of liability
Work is delivered with reasonable care and tested before handoff. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered software, including third-party services or infrastructure outside my control.
4. Payments and refunds
Payment terms (deposit, milestones, or final payment) are agreed per project before work starts. Because each engagement is custom work, refunds are handled case by case based on work already completed — there is no blanket automatic refund policy. If something is not right, contact me and we will work it out directly.
5. Warranty
Delivered software is tested against the agreed requirements before handoff. I do not guarantee compatibility with every browser, device, or third-party service not covered in the project scope. Bug fixes within the agreed warranty period after launch are covered under the project terms.
6. Privacy
Information submitted through this site (for example, through the contact form) is handled according to the privacy policy.
7. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated occasionally to reflect how this site or my services work. The current version always applies to new inquiries and projects.
8. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page.
