What kind of projects do you take on?

Laravel platforms, POS and inventory systems, CRM and ERP tools, Flutter mobile apps, WordPress/WooCommerce sites, and API or automation integrations — plus technical leadership and business development work as a Tech Lead or CTO for a small number of companies.

How does a project usually start?

Send the scope through the contact page. I reply with clarifying questions, then a proposal covering modules, architecture, timeline, and cost before any work begins.

Do you provide fractional CTO and development services in Egypt and the GCC?

Yes. I'm based in Egypt and provide fractional CTO, Laravel, custom CRM, and Flutter development services for clients in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and worldwide. Remote work is coordinated through scheduled calls and written updates, with availability agreed for the client's time zone.

Can you join as a technical lead, not just build a one-off project?

Yes — alongside project-based work, I hold ongoing Tech Lead and CTO roles where I own architecture, engineering decisions, and delivery for the team, not just a single build.

What does support look like after launch?

Every project includes a warranty period for bug fixes tied to the agreed scope. Ongoing maintenance, new features, or ongoing technical leadership can continue after that under a separate arrangement.

How fast do you respond?

Typically within an hour during active projects. For new inquiries, expect a reply within one business day.

What does a fractional CTO engagement include?

A fractional CTO engagement provides part-time technical leadership with an agreed scope and availability. My work can include software architecture, engineering team direction, code and delivery reviews, hiring support, vendor oversight, and technical due diligence. A one-off consultation or project engagement is also available when ongoing leadership is not needed.
